B&B ARMR Services Group provides around-the-clock technical
support, services and maintenance for anti-terrorist vehicle
barriers, gates and parking control products used in perimeter
security systems at government and commercial facilities
worldwide.
The Field Services Team supports nationwide security product
installations, 24x7 preventative maintenance and service
efforts for a variety of barrier and perimeter security
systems developed and manufactured by B&B ARMR and other
companies in the security products market.
The Services Group offers multiple levels of customer service,
including Platinum 24x7 services, which ensures an emergency
response within three hours.
The Technical Support Team provides training and on-line
support for B&B-ARMRs channel partners to assist
them in installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
This team is also tasked with application programming for
custom projects.
The services of this group are available on a standard
hourly base as well as priority contract service. Each team
carries a supply of commonly used parts for emergency service.
Additional parts are available at two inventory locations
and may be couriered in for next day service.
The services of this team are available under GSA schedule.
Maintenance Contracts
Signature Priority Maintenance & Service
Includes monthly and annual preventative maintenance as
well as unlimited priority service calls, including parts
and labor, with a priority response time of 4 hours or less.
Priority Maintenance & Service
Includes monthly and annual preventative maintenance as
well as unlimited priority service calls, including parts
and labor, with a priority response time of 6 hours or less.
Standard Maintenance & Service
Includes monthly and annual preventative maintenance. Service
calls are billed based on time and materials with a response
time of 8 hours.
