Federal Government Agency Selects B&B ARMR for 24x7 Service and Maintenance of Its Perimeter Security Systems
 		  
Fairfax, VA & Irving, TX – July 15, 2004 - B&B ARMR Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (ISSI) (OTCBB: IZZI), today announced that it has officially secured a multi-year preventive maintenance and services contract with a federal government agency that utilizes B&B vehicle crash barrier and gate products in its perimeter security. One of B&B ARMR’s largest and most prestigious government services contracts to date, this multi-year agreement represents more than $1 million in revenue, exclusively covering 24x7 perimeter security equipment maintenance and servicing for B&B ARMR and competitors’ products.

“This contract represents a very strong vote of confidence in B&B ARMR’s servicing and maintenance capabilities. It’s also a positive indicator of where our company is headed in the future as a comprehensive security services provider,” stated Mohsen Hekmatyar, Director of B&B ARMR’s Services Group.

Leveraging a dedicated team of trained service professionals, B&B ARMR will be available around the clock to provide superior-quality service for various security products used in this government agency’s perimeter areas. Due to the high level of use and the difficult environmental conditions in which the security products operate, B&B ARMR’s team of technicians will regularly service the hydraulics and electronics on the security products to ensure reliable operation.
