B&B ARMR Expands Services Group to Meet Soaring Demand
for 24x7 Anti-Terrorist Security System Services and Maintenance
 		  
Fairfax, VA & Irving, TX – July 14, 2004 -- B&B ARMR Corporation, a subsidiary of Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (ISSI) (OTCBB: IZZI), today announced the expansion of its Services Group to provide around-the-clock services and maintenance for anti-terrorist vehicle barriers, gates and parking control products used in perimeter security systems at government and commercial facilities. B&B ARMR’s strategic initiative supports nationwide security product installations and 24x7 preventive maintenance and service efforts for a variety of barrier and perimeter security systems developed and manufactured by B&B ARMR and other companies in the security products market.

“As the demand for anti-terrorist perimeter security and traffic control products rises, so does the market need for 24x7 services and maintenance,” stated Mohsen Hekmatyar, Director of B&B ARMR’s Services Group. “In Washington, DC alone, the number of security barriers installed at government and commercial sites has just about doubled over the last few years and continues to grow. B&B ARMR’s Services division is responding directly to our country’s urgent need for reliable, uninterrupted perimeter security at all times.”

As part of B&B ARMR’s Services Group expansion, the company has increased its number of Services Group employees by approximately 30% to help meet burgeoning customer demand for anti-terrorism systems that operate smoothly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. B&B ARMR fully expects that its services division will gain a significant share of the security services market and be profitable in the company’s 2005 fiscal year, which began on July 1.

“Our Services Group offers multiple levels of customer service, including Platinum 24x7 service, which ensures an emergency response within three hours, anytime day or night,” said Hekmatyar. “Many security system components, such as hydraulic-driven vehicle barriers, or parking control equipment that experiences high vehicle traffic or harsh environmental conditions in close proximity to federal government buildings, can require frequent and often urgent servicing and maintenance of electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics to ensure reliable operation. Fortunately, our expertly trained service professionals are ready for just about anything that can go wrong with these complex systems.”

B&B ARMR is in the process of securing a number of 24x7 preventive maintenance and services contracts with federal government agencies, embassies, and commercial buildings that are located within 120 miles of Washington, DC and the company’s Fairfax, VA-based offices. The Services Group is planning to expand 24x7 service coverage to other areas.
