The alliance with Saelzer constitutes ISSI’s first license agreement and first concerted effort to establish an active presence in these high-growth overseas markets, where minimizing production cycle time is critical to meeting immediate commercial demand for security products.

This pivotal partnership leverages the assets of both companies to create a virtual delivery mechanism that addresses the anti-terrorism security needs of diverse customers. Due to high demand that is the result of increased terrorist activity worldwide, sales are already underway at Saelzer GmbH for B&B’s crash beams. In addition to product manufacturing and distribution, the two companies have agreed to cooperate on a technical level to bring even more robust, cutting-edge security solutions to global customers.
